Niche Theatrical Spoken Word Workshops

Often an avenue for the expression of deeply emotive issues, performance poetry is becoming increasingly popular as relatively free speech and performance are fused into one.

Although backing tracks are now frequently used to accompany poetry, lacking the sensationalism of TV and the theatrics of playhouses, spoken word performance often delivers a much clearer and more succinct message, leaving the artist to create the environment and the content.

Perciphone's Niche Workshops are full of enthusiasm as she shares techniques for taking personal performance onto the stage. Using these techniques, pre-performance nerves are severely diminished, if not eradicated altogether, leaving the performer to focus on expression and enjoyment.

These workshops are for all levels of experience, from those inquiring for the first time, to those already performing and wishing to take it up a level.

Workshops can be booked either separately or as a package, combined with a show.
